PAYMENT TERMS
a) Fees and Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges for services according to the pricing set at enrollment or renewal. All fees are payable in USD.
b) Payment Failure: If we cannot process your payment, we will notify you. You must update your payment information promptly to avoid service interruption.
c) Delinquent Accounts: Accounts with outstanding balances that remain unpaid for more than 90 days will be considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts may be suspended or charged additional fees.
d) Termination for Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 90 days after it becomes due, Enterprise Self storage reserves the right to terminate services and close your account. We will notify you before termination when feasible.
e) Reactivation: After settlement of outstanding balances, you may request reactivation of your account. Reactivation may be subject to an additional fee and toGround Up Growth’s standard reactivation procedures.
